a. Course Enrollment Cancellations:

• You may cancel your enrollment in any course by contacting us at gmgrandmaster360@gmail.com within 15 days of purchasing the course.
• If you cancel within the specified period, you will be eligible for a refund in accordance with our refund policy detailed below.
• Cancellations requested after 15 days from the purchase date will not be eligible for any refunds.

b. Automatic Cancellation:

• Grand Master 360 reserves the right to automatically cancel your enrollment if there are any issues with payment (e.g., chargeback, declined payment, or suspected fraud).

2. Refund Policy

a. Eligibility for Refund:

• Refunds are available within 15 days of the purchase date. To request a refund, you must send an email to gmgrandmaster360@gmail.com with your order details and the reason for requesting a refund.
• Refunds will only be considered if you have completed less than 20% of the course content. If more than 20% of the course has been accessed or completed, no refund will be issued.

b. Non-Refundable Items:

• Any special promotions, discounts, or limited-time offers are non-refundable unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase.
